Pack-Smart window patching equipment can be used to affix rigid or flexible windows to folding cartons with an accuracy of +-0.5mm - a much tighter tolerance than some window placing machinery on the market.

The systems can run single or dual stream at 15,000 products per hour, depending on size, giving a total dual stream output of 30,000 cartons per hour.

The roll patch module cuts a pre specified length of polymer film (acetate or silicone materials roll stock) and feeds the stock via a vacuum cylinder onto the pre-applied adhesive on the carrier. The servo-drive controller makes it possible to cut converted labels and pre-printed stock at a timing mark using product registration.
