The Pack-Smart MultiDISC inserting system, from the very first concept drawing, has been designed to be versatile. It takes just seconds to switch between paper, plastic, Tyvek or even multi disc sleeves and continue production.

The precise servo-drive allows the machine to run at speeds of up to 50 DVD or CD discs per minute, reliably and accurately fulfilling each sleeve or wallet. The four high-capacity product loaders each hold 600 discs, ensuring that the system does not require a full time operator.

The MultiDISC is robust, mobile and simple to install. With its remote diagnostic application, selectable via the 6" colour touch screen, it is easy to monitor production and receive external support.

Delivery via the shingle batch conveyor is proven and simple. The rate meter can detail accurate machine efficiency at the touch of a button.
