This video shows a CISS card personalization system delivered in 2014 equipped with laser engraving for cards.

The system handles regular CR80 cards in ISO format.
This application is for driving licences and other ID cards.
This application is to engraves a small serial number onto each card but the system could also personalise additional data.
The system speed is approx. 6.000 cards / hour.
There are two cameras for print verification and print quality control. The camera also checks the sequence of the personalised cards - they must be in the correct order.
Finished cards are shingled onto an output conveyor. This was a special customer wish. Normally, the finished cards would be stacked in output magazines.
