feed a flat unpersonalised (unencoded magstripe) carrier, wide edge leading from friction feeder
feed and affix a T&C leaflet from VF-III Feeder using hotmelt adhesive
feed a pre-personalised plastic card and read the magnetic stripe
bump turn the card 90° so that it is wide edge leading and affix the card to the carrier with hotmelt adhesive
apply hotmelt glue to the carrier and make two plow folds
bump turn the carrier 90° so that the package is now wide edge leading and the magstripe is in the direction of travel
encode the magstripe on the carrier
image the carrier with UV DOD inkjet
divert any misreads / misprints
deliver in a shingle.
