Unique Finishing Equipment was appointed in July 2008 as the exclusive distributor in the UK and Eire for all Künnecke products.
Künnecke secure plastic card mailing systems are well known in the UK card industry. Less well known, currently, are the PIN mailing systems, passport and ID verification, sorting and packaging equipment and document and envelope inspection and sorting systems which are installed in secure plants worldwide.

Plastic card based products
CASS - secure card personalisation, attaching and mailing systems. There are twelve MAILok C6000 systems installed in the UK for various financial, loyalty and insurance applications. The new smaller CASSilo system launched in 2009 has been designed especially for small batch handling and is proving popular with companies with daily card issuance requirements.
CISS - a Card Inspection and Sorting System for many different applications. Examples are:
- a sorting system to reorder cards from different card trays.
- a quality and inspection system to monitor quality, conformity with layouts (picture and text files) and processing errors.
- a counting system, to stack a certain amount of cards in different trays.
- a testing system, to compare and verify personalised data.
- a personalisation system, to encode cards with certain information.

Paper based products
|
PHS - PIN Handling system. Kuennecke manufactures a range of modular and secure solutions for the dispatch of secure PIN mailings. These systems are installed in banks and financial institutions worldwide.
BIS and MIS - basic and multiple channel inserting systems with folding, nesting, verification and post processing including franking, labelling, personalisation, marking and sorting.
EISS - envelope inspection and sorting system to optimise, verify, print and sort daily mailing production.

Passport based products
|
PPS - passport packaging system. Automatic system to verify ID documents, print a letter based on the information and insert with enclosures into envelopes. Additional functions for registered mail can be integrated.
Variations of the PPS include the PPS-M (mailing), PPS-V (Verification), PPS-S (Sorting) and PPS-P (Packaging). The sorting and packaging systems are designed for applications where passports need to be sent to branch offices.
