Reel changeovers mean downtime, and Web Tech's revolutionary Cross-Core roll technology have greatly reduced this. Cross-Core labels can be run on virtually any labeller using the remote unwind. This portable device will hold a reel with up to 500,000 labels! You can run for days without changing the reel! The unwind can also be used as a secondary unwind unit on a standard labelling head, reducing reel changeover times to seconds.

That's just scratching the surface though, the high speed Mini Labeller can be mounted inline on a web press or folder gluer to apply labels onto the web at speeds of up to 10,000 in/min. We are also currently developing a standalone labelling machine, with a high throughput but a small footprint. Check back in a few weeks!
