Designed for high-volume plastic card manufacturers, a standard Cross-Core roll contains as many as 10 times the number of labels as a standard flat roll, allowing for hours of non-stop production; drastically increasing your throughput without additional equipment and labour costs.

Almost all conventional labelling heads can very easily be converted to run Cross-Core. For the few that cannot, or for customers concerned about warranties, the remote unwind is a portable, simple solution.

A standard flat reel is 533m long.
A Cross-Core reel is 3,810m long.
The new Jumbo Cross-Core reel is 7,620m long. That's 4.7 miles of labels!
